Adopt a Cow is an internet service that lets you adopt a cow for a whole year. Here's how it works. You send us a check for just $34.95(Canadian), or $23.95 (US) and we send you a complete adoption package, that includes everything shown above. Once you have received your package, you can be a proud dairy farmer, no matter where you live. We'll send you quarterly updates by e-mail, telling you how your cow is doing.

You have to remember that these are all actual cows, on actual farms. They still stay under the ownership of the farm that they're on, and cows are sometimes transferred to other places. It's not very likely, but it may happen to your cow. If this were to happen, we'd send you a notice immediatly, and transfer your adoption to a new cow.
